Overview of candidate offers/rejections

You’re in the final phase, after setting up the job request, creating the job description, setting up the assessments for the role, completing the assessments of candidates, and making the decision on the right candidate for the role. Before communicating with the candidate, you need to create the details of the offer.

A number of situations can occur once you’ve created and made the offer to your ideal candidate:

  • Candidate accepts offer.
  • You determine you must rescind the offer.
  • Candidate presents a counter offer.
  • Candidate rejects the offer in favor of a role elsewhere

StaffingManager tracks the decision status from the point of communicating the offer to the candidate, through acceptance and readiness to onboard.

Note: You’ll need to create candidate correspondence in your HR system or other tool. Future releases of StaffingManager will incorporate the ability to create and edit offer and rejection correspondence.
